Nathalie's journey has been very challenging. The accomplishments she reached were not supposed to happen - so she was told, but she proved everyone wrong. She takes all of her life lessons, her training, what worked, NLP, understanding inner-demons etc..to best support her clients through this great 30-days Transformation Coaching System. You will leave her session feeling more clear with a new sense of belief that, you too, can overcome the challenges.

The best investment I made in myself in 2018 was working with Nathalie. She is truly an expert at what she does. Nathalie is warm and welcoming and just a pleasure to be around. But, she also doesn't mess around! She helps you to get to a deeper understanding of who you are, why you do or don't do certain things in your life and really just helps shine the light on what you want out of your life and the action plan to get there!
I have never felt better. My overall emotional health has improved, my relationships with my loved ones have gotten stronger and I was able to get to an internal calmness and peace that I haven't felt in forever! This is my favorite way of working with the client. I really dig deep to teach/mentor/coach and release what has been stopping you from living in abundance and take control of your life.
With this package I work with the person for 4 weeks on a weekly basis. Here's a snapshot of what you get:
1. Learning how to set and work goals to take control of your life
2. Understanding your inner-demons
3. Learning tools on how to control your inner-demons
4. Understanding your self-limiting beliefs and re-program them
5. Learning on how to truly "show-up" for yourself
6. An online course in addition to the private coaching sessions
7. Home assignments
8. Learning your basic human needs - Discovering your own blueprint
9. For couples: Turning your relationship into a passionate relationship
10. For couples: Re-building communication and loving each other again
11. ...but the biggest value will be to learn from my many life lessons, learn my tools, in addition to my expertise as a Neuro-Linguistic Practitioner, Life Coach and a Relationship Coach trained in the Tony Robbins' coaching program.
A Complete Transformation Experience!
My wife and I have seen Nathalie for 2 couple sessions and I had the first session with her alone. Seriously life changing. Anything from personal guidance and clarity to life coaching has been covered. For my wife a fitness forever kinda girl, still has her demons to address and myself I'm working on finishing ties from the past with my dad to what's my next move as a business owner.
